Sadly, according to the latest news, another company (Atlas Air) has placed an order for additional 4 units of B747-8F, and it will be the last 4 aircraft of this type ever built. Boeing has announced that B747 program is coming to the logical end, demand is not so big as it was back in the period of 1980 till 2000s and production of such massive liner is no longer profitable.
